Return Policy

UAE Vape Store accepts return requests on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The product, packaging, and included accessories should remain in resale condition.

Eligible returns

Return requests are handled for merchandise that remains unused, unopened, and in the same condition it was received. This includes the product body, spare parts, retail box, inserts, seals, and any accessories that shipped with the item.

Customers should contact support first and include the product name, order reference, delivery country, and the reason for the request. That allows the order to be matched correctly before any return instructions are issued.

Non-returnable situations

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items returned without the original packaging or included parts.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window.
  • Consumable products that were opened after delivery.

Shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for return postage unless a specific exception is confirmed by support in writing. Use a tracked method and keep the tracking reference until the return has been reviewed.

Original outbound shipping fees are generally not refundable. If a refund is approved, it is processed against the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  3. Add your PayPal transaction reference and delivery country.
  4. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back.
